Diagonal 580, Barcelona 08021, and with tax ID number B66845488, maintains a commitment to comply with current legislation on the protection of personal data and information security in order to guarantee that the collection and processing of data provided by users (hereinafter the “User” or “Users”) of the website https://hyield.eu is carried out with adequate security levels in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the development of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data (RLOPD) and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

1.2. The use of the Website by Users implies the express acceptance of this privacy policy. Therefore, each time Users use the Website, they must carefully read the conditions of the privacy policy. This privacy policy regulates the processing of personal data provided by Users to the Inveniam Group through the different forms available on the Website in accordance with the LOPD, LSSI and other applicable regulations.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition: Users of the Website may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (hereinafter “ARCO Rights”) provided for in the LOPD by written communication to the address of Inveniam Group with tax ID number B66845488, and registered office at Av. Third party data: Users undertake and guarantee to Inveniam Group that they will not provide third party data, including but not limited to personal images of third parties. In this sense, Inveniam Group is exonerated from any responsibility derived from claims, fines, penalties or sanctions that may arise from non-compliance with the aforementioned guarantee. Therefore, Users who provide third party data, in breach of the provisions of this clause, will hold Inveniam Group harmless from all those direct and indirect damages that they may cause to third parties with such action.

Commercial communications: In compliance with the provisions of article 21 of the LSSI, Users are informed that by accepting this privacy policy they accept that Inveniam Group sends them commercial, informative, advertising and/or promotional communications.
